TITLE: ACTION FIGURES

The prolific ringmaster of our site has composed another gem on this Easter Sunday that combines her usual blend of a fun theme and clever cluing. XWordinfo gives it a high "Freshness Factor" which I certainly think it deserves. C.C. has taken the names of famous people and added a verb after their first name that satisfied the clue and then the same word as an adjective in front of the last name which made a familiar phrase . Six of her entries were horizontal and two were vertical. Ya gotta love it!
